KPMG Manager interview questions

Two rounds of interviews were conducted. First one is with assistant directors and another project manager. Second interview is with the director. Interviewers asked detailed questions about previous PM experiences, responsibilities, difficulties faced, etc. Quite standard interview questions for a PM role. Interviewer explained the job scope and potential projects that I will be in charge.

Phone interview, then face to face over video, then another phone. The teams were very open to questions and were able to explain the environment as much as possible without an NDA. Some Mis communication during second interview but they accepted the correction. All in all it was low pressure. Although I did not get this position due to lacking a particular skill, I will apply again when an opening arises.
