J.P. Morgan Software Developer interview questions

I interviewed for Software Engineer position. The HR and team were high unprofessional. Before the interview they talk very nicely but do not have the courtesy to respond back if it is negative. They won’t care a bit no matter how many follow ups you send. I do not get it. All it takes is for you to update the candidate that the interview was negative and if possible a short feedback. So unfortunate, in a company this big, there is no respect and value for an individual.

Gave an interview 1 year ago was invited onsite after a year. Very quick turnaround just a year and for another role not the one for which I cleared the phone screen. Expecting feedback after another year. Random interview questions, ill prepared interviewers and a very lame hiring process. I would stay well clear and away from ever applying here.
