I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Infosys (Bhubaneshwar) in Sep 2013
Interview
It is almost astounding to watch every second person working for.this tech giant. While it might give u a feel gud factor for sometime, especially if you have gotten the offer through on campus placenents, but it's worth mentioning that, it is not going to last long. It is indeed easy to find oneself lost in.the sea f graduates in every DC infosys has. Thanks to the "bulk Recruitments" at college level.
The potion is quick and easy as a sandwich... A gud tongue and command.over english and try and seem smart. As compared to the interviews set by some other companies which haven't found their due place in.the public view, a interview for infosys is much dumber.. To be honest.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Infosys (Calcutta) in Feb 2014
Interview
Since it was a regular mass recruiting drive. It had a aptitude round, followed by HR interview. Out of about 2500 candidates appearing, they selected about a 100 for interview round. The interview was pretty ordinary, with mostly HR questions. They asked me to tell something about myself, where I stay. They told me that Mysore training is a rigorous process and whether I am up for the challenge, when I answered in the affirmative, the interview concluded.
