Simple intro and 2-3 program on C.Its very easy if you are confident and good at communication and have basic idea about C. Just convince them that you are capable to do anything and u will stay for atleast 2-5 years.(You may not :P)

we have an aptitude test at first after which they come up with a list of qualified candidates for an interview, once you clear aptitude the next round of interview is very general its just one should be sure about why they are applying to this company and why they have developed that perspective for IT.
