I applied online. I interviewed at Infosys (Calcutta) in Jan 2026
Interview
We were asked to attempt one out of two coding questions on the HackWithInfy portal.
I picked the Array Hard question. The time limit was 30 minutes, but I honestly didn’t even grasp the problem until the 20-minute mark.
With no time left to fully code it out, I went into survival mode:
Broke the solution into logical parts
Added detailed comments explaining my strategy
Walked the interviewer through my approach
Surprisingly, that worked. We had a quick discussion around time and space complexity, and she seemed satisfied.
