Phone Screen > Homework assignment > In-person interview
The in-person interview involved presenting my portfolio to a number of people, some in the room and some dialed-in remotely from another office. The sessions that followed were mostly 1 on 1, and involved reflecting on past experiences or coming up with design solutions to challenges.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Indeed (Dublino, Dublino) in May 2018
Interview
I received an email from a recruiter to take part in the recruitment process. The day of the interview I sent him an email to follow up. He reconfirmed the interview that afternoon but at the time of the interview “No showed”. No rescheduled, no apologies, nothing. After reading more reviews other candidates are questioning if it is a robot, as it is apparently a trend. Very unprofessional way of treating candidates, and funny way to contribute to the mission of the company of “helping people to get a job”

Question 1
Would you be available next week for an interview?
I received an email to schedule an interview from the recruiter after my application online. However, I got stood up THREE times in a row. After the first time, I wrote an email to let the recruiter know, he just threw me another calendar link to schedule another one, and then stood me up AGAIN and AGAIN... Btw, I am pretty sure he is a real person because I found him on Linkedin, not some auto invitation driven by AI and happened to make a mistake. Come on, even google assistance could do better than this. I am not sure whether it is appropriate to leave his name here, and perhaps this is just his personal style instead of Indeed's. However, this gave me extremely unpleasant experience. If you do not want to move forward, no matter what changes your mind, please just let me know instead of being so unprofessional...
