The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Indeed
Interview
In total talked to about 15+ people and recruiter said we can not setup next round until you clear first round. Over the time of 3 weeks I did 7-9 rounds at the end of the day no valuable feedback and they try to low ball you.
Total waste of time and the reason why I decline the offer is because if unprofessional habits within the organization.
Save your time and I bet you will find way better companies to work for than indeed.

I was called by a recruiter who went over my current role during our call and then set up a video interview for me. The interview was with two young team leads who asked me questions about my experience, why I’m interested in the role, what software systems did I help implement to improve my teams performance, and a time I didn’t get along with a coworker. They they gave me a 5m assessments on which order I would complete the tasks in.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Indeed (Dublino, Dublino) in Oct 2021
Interview
It was a long process but much more enjoyable than other companies I was also interviewing with. Everybody who interviewed me put me at ease and made the experience less daunting. Questions were tough but fair and preparing ahead of time is essential to succeed.
