The interview process started with an ice breaker, which I found refreshing. Most businesses only focus on the business aspect. They claim to want to get to know you but only want to know what you bring to table. IKEA actually seems to care about their employees. After the icebreaker, I was asked questions about my experiences and then I filled out a sheet for my work availability.
