Phone screening first and, upon passing, a face to face interview. Background and criminal check is administered by a thrid party and can be a little ridiculous on amount of time and level of verification. Second interview is generally for paperwork/job offer/mouth swab drug test. Entire process can easily take a month.

How do you handle situations where a coworker might do something differently than you were trained?
As they were opening a new store and interviewing thousands of people this might be different
We were taken into a room with around 50 applicants and interviewers sitting around in pairs. Each applicant was allocated an interviewer then tried to find somewhere to sit. The interviewer asked 5 questions to assess the applicants personality and took notes. There were also some questions about availability and ideal work hours.

Interview questions were read off a sheet. Mostly behavior questions. Asked if I liked my former bosses. I met with 2 of the managers for restaurant/bistro. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay for long because of school. But I would come back if there was a better opportunity there for me now.
