IBM Backend Developer interview questions

Overall, the interviews were pretty standard, but the interviewers were knowledgeable and professional. One thing that really stood out to me was that they skipped a possible interview with HR and had me fill a questionnaire instead. The first real interview was with the tech leads and the questions were questions about Core Java, REST APIs and a Easy/Medium Leet Code question. The second interview was with the manager and tech lead. The questions were mostly behavioural and about my background experiences. The interview was very informative, and I also got a tour around the location after the interview. The office has a lot going on with free snacks, a rec room, a gym and lots of open space. Lots of smiling faces as well. You will get the feeling you want to work there.

After applying online, I got the coding assessment test with two questions. One in programming and the other in SQL. The difficulty is in average, but I got rejected after the test.
