I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IBM
Interview
Easy, if you are genuine then it should not be a problem. They ask questions based on your background.Easy, if you are genuine then it should not be a problem. I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IBM (Washington, DC) in May 2010
Interview
Was hired as a full-time employee after consulting to IBM for two years. Interview process was more of a formality as the hiring manager knew me/my work and had created the description for a new position based on my skill set. Overall, the process was very structured and professionally conducted.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
None - had worked closely with hiring manager who wanted me on board as soon as possible so he had no incentive to make the process difficult.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at IBM in Jan 2011
Interview
long hiring process - 1-2 months, but pretty standard in terms of face to face with a leader, a handful of team members, maybe a client or two. The biggest challenge is in getting on folks calendars. Make SURE you ask if they have approved budget/headcount.

Question 1
None … they really ask very standard simple questions that you would entirely expect given your status/role.
