I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at IBM (Frankfurt am Main) in Mar 2015
Interview
Very friendly and open discussions about experience, expectations and future career. There were two interviews scheduled each around an hour. Interviewer was on time and the were games played. I got a very detailed introduction of how the company works and pros and cons were shared openly. Backward looking some promises were not kept but that had to do manly with the reorganization of the company in Germany.

Question 1
What do you believe how you can contribute best to IBM ?
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Londra, Inghilterra)
Interview
I applied for the role online. 5 (yes five) weeks later I received an email (clearly based on a corporate template) from "sandy" saying they would like to arrange a HireView interview. They gave me a single time slot giving 3 days notice. Unfortunately, I had an unavoidable business meeting at the same time so I emailed back asking for alternative times. The next day I received an automated email saying they no longer wished to pursue my application. They did me a favour - by showing me their true colours they saved me wasting any more of my time on them and/ or making a major career error.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at IBM (Washington, DC)
Interview
Very complete, holistic process. Multiple levels of conversation. Skills, accomplishments and leadership are all important. The interview was an in person discussion in the IBM office with two Vice Presidents, two Partners and two Associate Partners. Overall it was a fairly difficult interview, but very fair. Good thoughtful questions. No case studies were included, but case like questions of past experiences we inlcuded.
