I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Herbalife
Interview
Multiple layers of interviews (five layers). Efficient and timely scheduling of the interviews. Interviewers were fully engaged and emphasized more on the human interaction side rather than technical. Consistent vibes from different interviewers provided a positive impression on the workplace culture
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Herbalife (Torrance, CA)
Interview
Very lengthy interview process. First interview was 3 hours with 3 people. 2nd interview was again 3 hours with 3 people. In the beginning HR was very responsive with emails and phone calls. After the second interview, I was GHOSTED. No return emails, no phone calls....nothing. The entire process was very unorganized. Interviewers running into the conference room because they were "unaware" they had to interview today or calling in from home. Nothing is more unsettling than sitting in a conference room at a company you potentially want to work for and having to conduct an interview over the phone. Every person I interviewed with asked me the SAME questions. Very disorganized company with too many people involved in the process.

Question 1
How do you handle multiple people from multiple departments giving conflicting direction?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Herbalife (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2014
Interview
One on one with the manager of the position that was open. Short interview with a lot of explanation about the company, defensive statements about the company, trying to sell the company to me. Did not feel like the interview listened to me or answered my questions very well. Assured me I would be great despite my concerns. Felt one-sided.
