Two stage face to face interviews. 1st interview to gage your previous experience within visual merchandising and understanding what the job role is to H&M. Included a small practical of mannequin styling based on a trend. 2nd interview was full practical setting and area of the shop floor to a trend based on H&M visual guideline documents.
