I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Great Clips (Springfield, MO) in Sep 2015
Interview
Brief, to the point, friendly, welcoming. During the technical part of my interview I had questions and let the manager who was observing know what challenges I had with this cut being that I don't have much experience with men's fades and she was super helpful, gave me a couple of pointers and I did great! I was much more comfortable and felt confident in myself and the company!

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Great Clips (Wooster, OH) in Sep 2011
Interview
The manager just asked a few questions about experience, styling skills, etc. I was dressed in jeans and a nice blouse when I filled out the application and she took me right back to the office when I turned it in. She asked about my weaknesses and strengths as a stylist. The interview was very basic and short, quite easy. I received an offer on the spot. The turnover is pretty high and they are constantly hiring.

Interview
Sat down with the manager and some times with the general manager and just go through a basic interview process, they do have a personality test now to find out your work ethics and such. Most applicants are asked to do a technical interview as well. However it is a very relaxed environment and makes you want to work there.
