quick, didn't ask too many questions. just wanted to make sure you acknowledge the requirements. dressing appropriately for the job and having your own equipment is essential they made sure to test you on your haircut ability and how fast you can do a haircut. they also take you through the correct want to cut hair and certain hairstyles that might be difficult for most.
they have great clips classes you must take during your first 3 months in the company. it was very helpful

Interview
Basic questions. They want to know that you are trainable. Don't be scared if you just got out of school. They do train you to be great hair stylists. The most important thing is to be workable have an open scheduals and willingness to be apart of a team and work hard.

Interview
All they care about is that you're licensed. They like flexible schedules that will require you to work nights and weekends. Depending on the store and how busy it is, they want experienced stylist because its too hard to train you in busy shops .... if store is slow they will hire straight out of school and send you to special training.
