I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Redwood City, CA) in Sep 2019
Interview
Reached out to by a recruiter on LinkedIn. He scheduled a phone screen with me and we had a 30-minute conversation where he asked 3 questions and followed up with questions about the role. At the end of the call, he said he would schedule me for an in-person interview at the Redwood City Location. Got back to me in 2 weeks.

Question 1
If we gave you a book of 200 new clientele - where would you start? How would you organize the 200 clients?
the process is very fast. i got 4 rounds of interview within 2 weeks, and got the feedback right after each round of interviews. sometimes its depends on the chemistry between you and the interviewer.
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.
