The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Google (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2026
Interview
Moderate to difficult 3 assessment and 5 rounds of interview. Took 3 months to get final decision. But very disappointing experience. They dont even tell why we got rejected. I felt i did really well. I feel they should mention reason of rejection so we can work on it. Thats the fair. Waiting months and months.
