Interview
Within a week of submitting my application, I was contacted to schedule a phone screening with a recruiter. The recruiter was very friendly, and I got my results within 5 days.
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.
