I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Redwood City, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
I interviewed for the Account Strategist role. First, I met with my recruiter, Lucy. She was incredibly helpful at giving me an overview of the role and the process. She was also my biggest advocate along the way, and kept me updated throughout the process.
After my recruiter call, I had a total of three 45 minute interviews with different team members. I can't share the specifics of the questions, but they were all meant to address the 4 areas that Google looks to evaluate during the hiring process. Each person I interviewed with was very kind and I enjoyed the discussion.
Before the last round of interviews, Google hosted a prep session to help prepare, which was great because it addressed some questions and gave helpful tips.
About a week after my final interview I received an offer. The entire process took about 3-4 weeks, but it was extended a bit because it spanned the new year. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
