Very long and drawn out process with different layers of interviews. You had to meet with people that were tangential to your team and so it was tough to feel connected to the group you’d be working with during the process.

Questions really focused more on critical thinking skills rather than role specific.
I applied online. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at Google (Dublino, Dublino) in Oct 2021
Interview
It was long. Stressful. It burned me out. I passed the all four rounds but they told me that someone just got a bit more points than me. They said they'll save my profile till later and did contact me but unfortunately it was a different position which I didn't know much about. Interviews themselves and recruiter were very helpful tbh.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Google in Apr 2022
Interview
The recruiter did not read my CV carefully and she thought I was speaking fluent a Nordic language, when I did not. So the process stopped after 2 min of the first call... First it starts with a Screening call with recruiter, then 45 min multi-calls with the team, and then if you pass this stage you will finally have a call with the hiring manager.
