Interview
Video interview followed by invite to on site interview. Friendly recruiter and easy video interview initially. However, I was only given 3 days notice before they wanted me to travel for the final interview, which included a presentation, assessment centre, and hours of panels. It seems like there has to be a much better way to interview than this... especially for people who are busy. Wished it was virtual and didn't involve so much time and travel arrangements. Needless to say, I declined the invite to go to the assessment centre with such short notice.
