Interview
Very Brief Phone interview that matches exactly word for word what is in the in-person interview (with a little more chit-chat). The overall feeling was indifferent and definitely a desk jockey position.

Interview process is lengthy. You interview with the supervisor, manager and two other employees (sales, product engineer, etc.) . Questions were not hard, behavior based to see if you fit within their culture.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Flowserve (Springville, UT) in May 2018
Interview
I did an on-site tour, which basically turned into a preliminary interview. That turned into an official interview with the hiring manager and the manager for the position.
