Flowserve Applications Engineer I interview questions

Applied via LinkedIn and the HR contact through message. Communication with HR via WhatsApp. Direct interview by hiring manager and Senior Application Engineer. First interview through Teams. Second time is face-to-face at the office.

In person interview with on-site supervisor and district manager. They ask about 8 - 10 questions and most are based on behavior and personality. The job deals with mechanical seals and most people do not have experience with mechanical seals so they expect to have to train new employees.
