FDM Group Software Developer interview questions

An email about a phone call in a week. A general phone call where they gauge your personality, intentions etc then they let you know that day if your successful for the virtual assessment center a week later. The assessment is 3 hours long and divided into 3 parts (EQ, Business awareness, Technical) and then around 5pm and if successful, they send a final pyschometric test. You should get a call the next morning.
