Interview
I applied through my university job portal for the Entry Level software Developer position. Later I found that, it's going to be 17 weeks training in NY city, then get a placement through them. I just completed an initial interview vis Skype and week later I get an Offer.

Question 1
What is your approach if you do not complete the project within the deadline given?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FDM Group (Londra, Inghilterra)
Interview
Applied online and received a phone call the following day to set up a Phone Interview.
Phone interview consisted of few brief questions such as why you are interested in FDM and in IT in general.
Assessment day:
Group-work:
1)Short introduction to the group (who you are, why you chose the specific specialization. 2) Small group exercise (in groups of 3 to 4, ) probably the scope of it is to see how you interact with other people and how communicate, nothing to be worried.
HR interview:
10 - 15 min soft skills interview.
Logical Test:
1hr long test with questions ranging from basic project management to reading and answering some questions on flow charts. (Basic IT questions you should expect: "Q: What does IP stands for?" or "Q: What does TCP stands for?" sort of.
Note Taking Test:
You are presented with a 10 minutes video and after that you are asked to write a small business report for that video.
At the end a 30 min talk where you are told some of the terms and conditions of the contract they are trying to sell.

Interview
There was a whole evaluation day. About 10 candidates were present.
The day consisted of:
-Group activities with observators (building a brick tower; negociation)
-1:1 interviews
-Presentation of sample code: this was extremely basic. I explained code in a language that my interlocutor didn't really know; I had to write a 'hello world' function.
-Logic test
-English test
