I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Expedia Group in Oct 2016
Interview
First there was a phone interview followed by two one on one interviews with a manager and director respectively. Throughout each interview there was a HR representative that informed if I managed to progress further and gave some feedback. (For me was positive because I kept progressing) The first phone interview was was technical. It tested your understanding of negotiation, your role and job scope and some quantitative questions regarding your understanding of the agency model in the business. This was followed by fit questions of "why Expedia etc." The second interview was mostly behavioral as the interviewer tried to understand how you manage being in teams or working with other people. The last interview tested your understanding of the business model, Expedia's position in the market and how they operate. It also delved further into the negotiation process. I believe apart from industry understanding the interviewer was trying to get an insight of your thinking process. All interviewers were friendly and we had some good laughs along the way.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Expedia Group (Boston, MA) in Sep 2016
Interview
I applied online, and within a couple of days received a call for a quick interview. After the call, there is an other interview, technical interview. This interview consists of questions trying to understand your work habit and dealing with negotiations. There are a couple "math questions" relevant to the position. The final round of interviews is in office, asking questions in terms of work habit and getting to know you better.
At every step everyone was very friendly and nice and supportive.
