I was invited for an interview with the hiring manager soon after meeting the recruiter. A week later I was asked for my availability for a full loop - I replied immediately and followed up for about a month with no response. Ghosted.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Expedia Group (Londra, Inghilterra)
Interview
Contact via recruiter. Two phone screening calls including with hiring manager. Four further interviews "in the loop". Plus some extra words due to the mandatory 30 word minimum for this text box.

Question 1
Questions varied by interviewer and what Expedia value they were looking to evaluate the candidate date against.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Expedia Group (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2022
Interview
Disorganized and/or unprofessional. 1+ month after speaking with the hiring manager I am technically still in-process in their applicant software, but can’t get a clear yes/no from the recruiter and the my experience makes me question whether I’d want to work there if they do decide to mover forward.
After I applied in July the recruiter contacted me on a Friday in early August - had already shared my profile with the hiring manager (and others) and they wanted to fast track me. They were ready to make an offer by the end of the month, he said. If I didn’t have a meeting invitation from the scheduling team (not sure why this needs to be outsourced) by Monday morning, I should let him know. Of course it took several follow ups to get something scheduled a week later. Met with the hiring manager and it went fine but I heard nothing back. Have followed up with the recruiter several several times (it’s now late September) and he always has to “check with the team” and will reply “by end of day.” Of course, nothing ever happens.
It’s fine if they want someone else for the role, but I feel like they don’t have their act together and/or are playing games. I would think they would be more professional with candidates, particularly for senior roles.
