I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Buffalo, NY) in Apr 2016
Interview
The Manager who had scheduled my interview was very poor with communication from the start. I was scheduled for a 12:30 interview and was roughly 2 minutes late due to an hour of travel time and traffic. As a standard, you should never be late for an interview (everyone knows this). However, once I arrived she then waited a few minutes to meet with me, and in a very condescending way embarrassed me in front of her employees for being later than I was and asked me to leave. She handled it in a way that is not acceptable from a management perspective, with that being said I was very qualified for the position would have been a good fit for the company model.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2015
Interview
I was contacted by a recruited. They called and made an interview appointment. At the first appointment I went to corporate and met with one of the area managers. After that was done, and they decided to proceed with me, I was scheduled to do a shadow day at a local store. I went there, waited around for a while, then kinda shadowed a few of the employees before meeting with the hiring manager, and sales manager in store. They were both very nice.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (DeKalb, IL) in Feb 2016
Interview
The interview process was fairly quick. Scheduled an interview on the spot for the next week. Arrived at my interview about 10 minutes early but I wanted 15 minutes past my scheduled interview time. The interviewer was very polite and understanding.
