I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Panama City, FL) in May 2016
Interview
Had 2 phone interviews, one with HR and another with head of recruitment then had a branch interview after two days with the Branch Manager and the Area manager. Supposed to be 2 hours, first hour it's branch observation, where the assistant manager gives you an overview of the processes there and you observe the system. The other hour it's the actual interview. Didn't do the Branch observation, assistant manager had since resigned, the new one was busy booking cars so I had to sit there the whole hour.

They asked the same Customer service sales questions, how would you handle a difficult customer, be prepared to narrate previous experiences where you had to deal with one, working under pressure, how do you motivate yourself from a bad customer experience to the next customer. Where do you see yourself in 5 years, why did you apply for the sales management trainee position?

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Clarksburg, WV) in May 2016
Interview
I applied online at Indeed.com and heard back from Enterprise within the next day. I was emailed by a recruiter the next day and had a scheduled phone interview a couple days after. I was asked questions like, describe a time when you held a leadership position, what motivates you the most? what role would you say you play in group projects and team work? I was prepared for this phone interview which helped me to answer the questions. I then got scheduled for a face-to-face interview the day I got back from college and it involved two interviews but they were similar to the phone interview and I really enjoyed getting to know the managers, they were extremely nice. At the end, they all discussed whether or not I was a good candidate and then they brought me back in.
