The interview process was the reason I wanted to work there. After meeting the Sr. Beverage manager (a super talented, strong *woman* leader) I knew I had to work there if only to learn from her.

Everything was cool, but I didn't get any response. It is very important to receive feedback to know what needs to be corrected. And so it turns out that I wasted my time - I did not receive any work or feedback
