Were very friendly overall. She was also very attractive. They want to know that you are completely committed to the office you are applying to. Asked me many behavioral interview questions; e.g., tell me about a difficult time you had in a team environment, what do you enjoy about working with teams, etc.. I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at EY (East Palo Alto, CA) in Oct 2009
Interview
I was flown in from out of state. I got there in the afternoon and then met E&Y and other candidates at a restaurant for a social gathering. It was a little hard to talk to different people because you were stuck with the people at your table. The next morning was the interview. It went from 9 to 3. There were presentations about different programs in the company and then three one-on-one interviews. Then I went to lunch with some new hires. There was a last presentation and then I was flown home. Everyone was nice and it was a really 'fair' interview. I didn't get an offer though. The one thing that was really annoying is that I didn't get reimbursed for my travel expenses until 3 months later because their processing took forever and I had to call some number of some office in Texas several times to get my check.

Interview
E&Y has very relaxed conversation style interview. There are 2 interviewers each doing 30min interview separately. The interview questions are all behavioural questions - no technicals involved. The questions themselves were not that challenging to answer but how you present yourself and how you fit into their culture is what they are looking at I think. You get a phone call on the day you do the interview if you got the job.
