I submitted my resume and cover letter through campus recruiting system. I took the first round interview on campus with an EY senior manager. He was very friendly. We walked through my resume and talked about my past experience and my career goals. He also asked me whether I had any questions about the firm. After ten days, I received a call from the office I applied. I also received a call from the senior manager who interviewed me. I took the second round interview at the office--pretty friendly people. The second round interview is more like conversation.
