EY Audit Staff interview questions

The interview process was amazing! My first interview was on campus and consisted of a 45 minute dialog with a staff member. He went through my resume and asked me more about what I had put on there...no behavioural questions at all! Then my second round was in office where I met with a partner, a senior manager and a staff auditor. Once again, they were all conversations in which I learned more about their specific projects and got a sense of which clients I would like to work with. All the staff members were down to earth and easy to talk to. I got a job offer the very next morning!

On campus interview followed by interviews in the office. Usually with Managers, Senior Managers and Partners. Pretty laid back interviews and EY is mainly looking to see if there is a personality fit--they generally won't interview you if you're resume isn't a fit.
