I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at EY (Washington, DC) in Apr 2014
Interview
I had a phone interview for an audit staff position that went well. I received a verbal offer; however, they never followed up with me. I kept calling to see when I will get a formal offer and kept getting the same response: we are working on it. After a few months i gave up. It shouldn't have been that way. They should have been honest.

Interview
1st round was with partner, second round is on site with three people(manager/ senior manager), each half an hour; mostly behavior questions. The goal was to test if you fit in the environment and the team, almost no technical question at all.
