EY Audit Staff interview questions

The interviewing phase consists of 3 steps. 1. Web-based tests, split into 4 parts, quantative reasoning, logical reasoning, local language proficiency and english proficiency. 2. If you pass these 4 you're invited to complete a HR-personality test which will be followed up in the 2nd step with a HR-staff. The HR-staff will check your tests scores and personality test where you will be given oppurtunity to comment on the test itself and the test results. The first preliminary interview will also be conducted during this stage. 3. If everything checks out you will be invited for the third and final step with a partner and senior manager for the audit team interested in you as an associate. More of a traditional interview, with some technical accounting questions and get-to-know questions. Overall very professional impression given. Got a slight feeling of feeling like a minor part and the associates in the 3rd step interview weren't that interested in me, a "lets get this over with"-feeling. Senior manager held promise to give me feedback within the promised time which I respect a lot even though I didn't become an associate :)
