I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Discover
Interview
It was fairly easy. Applied in Late August, got a called a week later to interview, and was offered the position the next day after interviewing. The process was by far the fastest I’ve ever experienced. Overall it was smooth and the interviewers and hiring lead was very kind. It was a 3 part interview (2 different people in each interview session). Come to find out I was been interviewed by different teams within the department.

Question 1
They ask who you are etc. but majority of the questions are situation base (what would you do if...) However, it’s best to tie the answer into your previous work experience.

Interview
So easy. Two of the four rounds were with technical architects. But these guys had NO technical question to ask. Their linkedin profile showed no certification. Talking with them also clearly showed they were not technical. In the end one of them rejected me - of course without asking a single technical question.

Question 1
For the technical interviews... it was just behavioral questions. No technology question.

Interview
First step was a personality test (Pymetrics).
Then a Hackerrank coding test. After the coding test, you meet with an engineer and talk about your code. The recruiters held a meeting to answer questions about how to do well on the next interviews, the behavioral questions. Two more 1 hour interviews asking behavioral questions. Then a decision on the offer within 2 weeks.
