Discover interview questions

It was a 2 round interview. The first round was a 15 minutes phone screening. It is mainly focused on personality and career development intention. Not so much about the resume or career experience. The second round came one day after the first round. The second round interview was more focused on skills and experience.

Easy, the process was pretty quick but they forgot to tell me I was hired. I had to call a week later and they said "oh did no one tell you you start Monday"
