Call with recruiter asked about background, immediately gave categories for roles available. it was generally a chat, was ok the categories for roles offered did not suit me considering i have over 2 years of engineer experience and they still classified me as a new grad

Initial call with HR Pre-screening via Karat service System design Behaviour interview Compensation negotiation I had been having fun at all the stages and would like to thank every person who i was chatting with. All of them were really nice and professional. I rejected the offer (which was pretty generous) because made several mistakes during interview and got lower base salary rate than i had at the moment.
