I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Deliveroo (Londra, Inghilterra) in Jan 2020
Interview
The interview process has the next stages:
* HR calls to you and you have a conversation about your background, your experience, and reasons why you are looking for a new position.
* First tech interview when you receive some trivial coding problem.
* Home task (3-4 hours max)
* Behaviour interview
* Home task review + they ask you to extend the functionality of your solution.
After the last stage, I received the email with the next content:
> Unfortunately due to legal reasons, I'm not able to share specific feedback from your interview.
I've spent 4 hours to do my home task, took a vacation day for the last stage of the interview to hear this kind of feedback. Now I should guess what was my problem. Is it my problem? Maybe I told something wrong, maybe my English was bad, maybe the solution is not solid (but I am confident it is not a problem). Only one comes to my mind, I don't want to have a conversation with this company anymore because it is just a waste of time. It looks like they don't care about the candidates' time.

On the second interview I was ask to do a design where a system will be able cope with a sudden load. I was asked to draw on a white board a possible solution for a system that will be able to handle this
The last interview was a series of question about how I behave on specific situations and was ask to give real examples if I had any.
