I was invited to the screening call with the recruiter. The recruiter Charlotte was nice and responsive. I didn't move to the next stage as they can't sponsor work visa for my level. But it's a good experience and the package should be the best among its competitors.

Seamless and organised interview process, first step with HR department. Very friendly interviewer who was clearly trying to gauge personality and culture fit as well as general experience questions. Questions were fairly standard, asking about previous experience and interest in joining the company

First round of interview with HR. The TA wasn't friendly and respectful, usually first round HR screening is usually more of understanding the experience of the candidate, but the TA seemed impatient and the whole session felt like an interrogation session.
