Conduent interview questions

I submitted an application. I got an email inviting me to take the assessment. There are four tests that take an hour and a half to complete. A listening skills test, a basic computer knowledge test and two typing speed tests. A week later I contacted the recruiter for a follow up. They got back to me a few days later and asked for my internet speed. I took the internet speed test before the phone interview. The phone interview was a waste of time. The recruiter sounded bored and uninterested I got an email afterwards saying they hired someone else.

I saw a job posting saying they were hiring CSR and provided a number to call for an interview. I called the company and set up an interview the next day. I went into their office, completed their application and a basic test, later on I sat with the recruiter and the interview was about 10-15 minutes. After answering her questions I was offered the position and I accepted . Then I was given a paper to complete a drug screen. After that another person called me and provided the start date.
