Conduent interview questions

First call was phone interview with recruiter. Second was with Hiring manager for team. The second interview with the Hiring Manager went fine but he seemed pretty hurried. He didn't ask if I had any questions and said that he just wanted to ssee if I was personable and they would get back to me very soon regarding next steps. A week passed and I followed up with the Recruiter and he said that they would get back to me ASAP. Well, three weeks later I decided to see if this position was still open and the recruiter said someone accepted an offer for the role. They have a lack of respect for candidates and their time. I would not recommend working for them if this is how they treat perspective candidates
