Interview
Background check was made initially thru certificates and verbally from the candidate. If the eligibility criteria not matched they sent out the candidate immediately. Then employment form was given to fill up by the candidates, then they are called for panel discussion. Technical round was conducted face to face.
Then, if the candidate got selected, they are called up for HR discussion and then the formalities are carried out and the offer letter wil be rolled out to the candidate with the expected date of joining
