With a sense of accomplishment, I submitted my application through their website and eagerly awaited a response. Just three working days later, I received their response. Talk about efficiency! It's almost as if they saw my surname at the top left of my CV, realized it wasn't Swedish, and decided to fast-track my rejection. Now that's what I call speed hiring... or rather, speed rejecting. Not one to be easily disheartened, I politely asked for feedback, hoping for some constructive criticism. Maybe a tip or two on what I could improve for next time. But alas, I was ghosted. Completely. It's like they vanished into the ether, leaving me to wonder if I had applied to a real company or some elaborate mirage. So, if you have a non-Swedish surname and a desire to be judged on your qualifications rather than the name at the top of your CV, you might want to skip Capgemini. Unless, of course, you enjoy the thrill of being rejected before the ink on your application is even dry.
