Pretty typical recruiter calls then phone screen then full loop. I got bad vibes from a couple of the interview panel, seemed like a very condescending bunch so I declined the offer.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Blue Origin in Apr 2022
Interview
2 phone screens including a coding problem. Then a web conference for the third interview where you present and then meet with individual team members. Then after that a fourth call where they evaluate you psychologically.

Question 1
I didn't get past the third round. They will ask you questions that have nothing to do with the position. If you get an offer it will be luck of the draw, you happened to get all panelists to like everything you said. The interviewer admitted that he was listening for key words in my responses. This place is the epitome of toxic. Engineers and manager looked completely burned out. There is a reason why the turn-over is high and the reputation is bad.
Phone interview with HR person, teams discussion with technical recruiter, coding exercise. Was pretty disorganized and the technical interviewers sounded like they had been worked to the brink of collapse
