It might not be a good choice for everyone. Multiple employees warned me they have a high turnover rate but didn't state the reasons in the interview.

Great opportunity to learn more about Blue and interact with several team members. Pretty lengthy but well worth it. Enjoyed the experience. Regardless of outcome, I enjoyed the process and meeting everyone.
