Interview
It is a grind. Don't walk into this interview without studying. You will be tested with everything from Bernoulli's principal to spaceflight history. The interview is with 5-6 engineers and managers who will each be given time to speak with you and evaluate different skills you are expected to have for the job. you will have to give a presentation and will go to lunch with a small group of people from the team you are interviewing for. They are evaluating you for your technical knowledge, as well as your cultural fit in the company.

Interview
I had an interview with a technical recruiter. He seemed to know a lot about Blue Origin from the high-level. However, he was pretty pretentious when talking about Blue Origin and the CEO of it, Jeff Bezos. I understand that recruiters have to hype up their company during the interview, but this guy was just arrogant about it and it left a bad taste in my mouth. He asked the typical questions that recruiters ask for software dev positions.
That was the first bad thing. The second is that he told me that he would contact me the following week, but of course never did. So after waiting a few days after he said he would contact me, I sent him an email, and of course, no reply.
In short - the interviewer was unprofessional, arrogant, and pretentious. I am definitely never applying to Blue Origin ever again.
