Initial screening with recruiter. Technical screening with engineer. 60 minute Panel interview with three people. Followed by three 30 minute breakout session. Received positive response about briefing but haven’t received any communication after one week

Initial 30min Recruiter Screening that asked mostly motivation for working at Blue Origin and what technical skills you bring that match the Job Description. During the same meeting, I was told I'd be going forward to the panel interview.
My panel was 5 1-on-1 45 min sessions. Very big mixture of behavioral and technical questions depending on who you're interviewing with.
The interview process was smooth and easy to organize. Everything was set up efficiently and completed within a few weeks. There was a panel interview with several experts on the team. Overall, I had a great experience.
