I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Blue Origin in May 2023
Interview
Interview process was lengthy and tedious, had 2 phone interviews (One with the recruiter the other one with the hiring manager). A 3rd interview was done with a group of panelists that took about 4 hours. You have to prepare a presentation and present some projects you have done and overall background experience. Expect little feedback or support from anyone and tons of emails from different recruiters, meaning there is chaos on the HR department. Process took about 3 months and still did not get an offer. They took about 3 days of my time just to prepare an essay and a presentation, and still nothing, be careful not to spend to much time on them, as they will not spend time with you.

Question 1
Would you have a trouble relocating to the remote location in west Texas?
HR phone screen then hiring manager interviewer. He didn't seem to be interested in interviewing me. They just wanted to get it over with. Interview started out by the manager saying he must ask these questions because HR told him to.

Question 1
Past experiences the interview stuck with the Blue Origin line of questioning.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Blue Origin
Interview
Initial 30min Recruiter Screening that asked mostly motivation for working at Blue Origin and what technical skills you bring that match the Job Description. During the same meeting, I was told I'd be going forward to the panel interview.
My panel was 5 1-on-1 45 min sessions. Very big mixture of behavioral and technical questions depending on who you're interviewing with.
The interview process was smooth and easy to organize. Everything was set up efficiently and completed within a few weeks. There was a panel interview with several experts on the team. Overall, I had a great experience.
